Priority: medium
Bug ID: 64203
Assignee: [email protected]
Summary: KDE-integration FILESAVE or EXPORT truncates
characters after decimal point
Severity: normal
Classification: Unclassified
OS: Linux (All)
Reporter: [email protected]
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Version: 3.5.4 release
Component: Libreoffice
Product: LibreOffice
Created attachment 78829

Screenshot: Titlebar shows correct name, dialog box shows name truncated.
I like to save some files with a version number; e.g. "MyFile V1.3.odt".
With KDE-integration, when doing either a "Save As" or "Export", the above file
name would be truncated to: "MyFile V1.odt" or "MyFile V1.pdf".
This appears only to be a problem with KDE-integration. If I perform the same
operations with LibreOffice on Windows, or use the internal open/save dialog
boxes, the problem disappears.
I have also tried a similar "Save As" using KWrite, and the problem does not
exist, so it seems to be a problem with the integration rather than the KDE
dialog boxes themselves.
