sample file when opened demonstrates the error
Problem description:
document created with "special" 1st page in Word docx propagates the 1st page
over following text pages in libreoffice
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached docx file in libreoffice, fails in 4.0.1 and now 4.3.1 rc....
2. observe 1st page repeated with text seen through....
3. ....
Current behavior:
Expected behavior:
single 1st page "cover sheet" followed by text pages
