Menu item "Automatic spell checking" toggles the spell check feature, but you
cannot see whether it is turned on or off nor can't you see if the chosen
languages dictionary exists. It should get a check mark. It should be disabled
if the default language's dictionary does not exist.
B)
If a dictionary is missing the menu under Tools-> language -> ... should not
contain that specific language. Elsewhere it is embarrassing.
