Example file from Word 2016
Attached example file has a drawing shape anchored in the header that was set
as hidden in Word.
When opened in Writer the shape on the first page is correctly not visible, but
on the second and third pages it is.
1. Open attached file
-> there is a blue square shape on the second and third pages

tdf#119201 Don't show/print hidden shapes in DOCX
Before this even the first shape was visible, so an improvement - but more
should be done in this direction.
