In any LO application, if you zoom in/out using the Ctrl + Mouse wheel (or Ctrl
+ touchpad gesture, which is where the problem is more noticeable), the zoom
will be too fast, which makes it hard to achieve the exact level of zoom that
one wants.
I think we should have a small timer (a few milliseconds) for each zoom change,
to make zooming smoother.
This problem is more noticeable in gtk3 and kf5... in gen it is not as much of
a problem.
