I do *not* have Full Disk Access granted to LibreOffice (either in my administrator or non-administrator account) and I tried the following steps: 1. Install the 27 July 2023 nightly build and the French language pack in my non-administrator user's Desktop: https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144053#c33 2. Add a space to LibreOfficeDev.app that I installed in step 1 and launch it. 3. Create new writer file and save to Desktop, Downloads, or Documents folders. No problems encountered.
