LibreOffice 7.4 won't see further updates. Can you please:
- check that your Windows installation is up to date
- install the latest 7.5 version and test again:
https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
- Also, please reply to Comment 1 (testing in safe mode to see if it makes a
difference).
