[WRITER] Number recognition and Edit formula menu items in Table main menu
should be active only if cursor is inside the table
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open new Writer document
2. Select Table main menu
3. Look at Number recognition and Edit formula menu items => it both are active
for actions, but IMHO it both should be active only when we work with table and
cursor is inside any table
Actual Results:
Number recognition and Edit formula menu items are always active
Expected Results:
Number recognition and Edit formula menu items are active only when we work
with table and cursor is inside any table
