Description:
Dates for the year 2000 do not format correctly when entered as xx/xx/2000.
Formatting is set to the form January 10, 2000. Unlike all the other entries
for other years, it does not format correctly
Actual Results:
Date formats as 01/10/2000 when it should format as January 10, 2000.
Expected Results:
01/10/2000
