A very wide first page, and not-so-wide second
The attached FODT has two pages, first having width 5100 mm, height 210 mm; and
the second having width 210, height 297 mm. Both pages contain a rectangle,
extending the whole area inside the pages' 20mm margins.
Exporting the document to PDF makes the rectangle on the second page to be
around 1/2 linear size (1/4 area size) of what it should be.
This started after commit 4830592b780833cf5eee2aef30bc9c5d444dfb24 (PDF export:
fix handling of page sizes larger than 508 cm, 2020-04-16).
