The sidebar after undoing image deletion
This is continuation of bug 156553
If the image is deleted from attachment 188675 and the sidebar is made to
update, then undoing the image deletion does not update the accessibility
sidebar, so the otherwise valid warning is not visible.
1. Open attachment 188675
2. Open the accessibility check sidebar, it shows the "Missing alternative or
description text" warning.
3. Delete the image
4. Add two empty paragraphs, so that the accessibility sidebar is updated, the
missing alt description warning disappears.
5. Ctrl-U until the image returns
-> The accessibility sidebar is not updated, even by clicking into another
paragraph or typing, so the former "Missing alternative or description text"
warning is not visible again.
