Just for clarification: You miss, that the avtive icon is hightlighted, when opening the dialog, correct? (Works, after pressing an icon) I haven't checked all other issues you've mentioned, because there is the thimbrule "One problem, one bug report", bcause we can't handle several issues in one report.
