I understand now, why sometimes there is a bug and why sometimes there is not a
bug.
When I have more than 10 properties, the scrollbar is activated because the box
shows only 10 properties.
When I remove the last properties, and only in this situation (so not the first
properties), the scrollbar keeps in this position the box doesn't show the
first properties.
And then, the first properties don't show disappear.
But if I remove properties, and in the process I scroll up to see the first
properties, here, the bug is not present.
