This is a documentation bug that is not resolved yet. The relevant help
information in
https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/shared/01/05020301.html still
does explain neither the concepts of durations and wall clock time nor their
effects on the rounding behaviour. As far as I know this missing information is
vital to make sure that Calc shows correct results of certain date and time
calculations.
