The Color|DataBar is only applied to the Top-Row of **merged Cells** in a
Conditional-Format-Range
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fill a Range with Numbers
2. Apply →Format→ConditionalFormat→→Colorscale ( or →→Databar )
3. Merge some Cells with neighbour-Cells right **and** below
Actual Results:
The Color|Databar appears only on the Top-line of merged Cells
Expected Results:
…It should be fill the whole merged Cell
