With the merge of https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/help/+/151897 Help files
with <topic indexer="exclude" ...> are not be part of the packaging of the
LibreOffice Help
Steps to Reproduce:
There are many help files that omit the indexer= attribute or has it set to
"included" by mistake in the <topic> tag
Actual Results:
Useless files delivered that affect the omindex database. As such, omindex
database return results from these files that has no value to the user and
worse, can pollute the search result page.
Expected Results:
These pages should not be part of the Help pages, and not be in the search
results.

the task is to locate the pages that are not to be delivered.
In general, these files are source of embedded contents and not a help page per
se.
many of the in /00/ folder, but other folders can hold them too.
