In command line PDF export mode attachment 66368 layout changed: suddenly page
4 is half empty and the content is moved downwards.
1. Download and open attachment 66368
-> Layout changes, bottom left of page 2 is changed: the "September Ushers"
section looks to have a 2x2 table layout instead of 1x4, and below it the
"Music Notes & Practices" is overlapped/missing.
