Description:
It was working just fine yesterday but it's not working today in any form.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Used it like normal by moving the cursor to the space between pages

Actual Results:
Nothing even showed up
Expected Results:
The white space thingy should have shown up.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Don't know what else to put here. I'm not that tech savvy.
