Gold: Dear Sir, I solved the problem in this way: I noticed that I had inadvertently clicked Track Changes. That caused five or six Track Changes icons to appear in the dock. Those new icons caused the icons Book View, Multi-Page View, etc. to disappear from view. I unclicked Track Changes. Book View, etc. then re-appeared. I clicked Single-Page View. The text was now in Two-Page View, which is normal for Print Preview. Exit Preview then re-appeared and I clicked it.
