Description:
In current LO or daily below do the following:
1) Open attached file.
2) Enable the Text Formatting toolbar via View > Toolbars > Text Formatting
3) Highlight text on slide 1 > Font Color > Custom Color... > in the window
Pick a Color type in the field Hex #: 414074
4) Click OK
WORKAROUND: Highlight text > Secondary click > Character... > Font Color
