Opening an HTML file with ' does not get converted to an apostrophe ('). A
browser would rendered that as '
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open sample file
Actual Results:
The file says 'test'
Expected Results:
It should say 'test'
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
