Description:
It seems that something got messed up with regards to dictionaries in 7.6.
Spell check isn't working in Writer. It's easy to test, just type a garbage
string, and if spelling check is enabled, it is not flagged as an error.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type a known wrongly spelled word
2. press F7
Actual Results:
incorrect word is not flagged
Expected Results:
incorrect word should be flagged
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
