Microsoft Excel document that makes LibreOffice freeze

Problem description: 
LibreOffice Calc freezes while I try to open a xlsx file (see document
attached).
LibreOffice starts, it creates a lock file (.~lock....), then the main window
freezes.
I have to kill the process.

I run on windows 7 pro sp1 64 bits (French).
java version "1.7.0_21-b11" 64 bits

Steps to reproduce:
1. open the given file

Current behavior:
LibreOffice freezes.

Expected behavior:
LibreOffice opens the document.

Operating System: Windows 7
Version: 4.0.2.2 release
