Description:
Delete row with track changes ON doesn't hide the deleted row
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 188994 (bug 156784)
2. Edit -> track changes -> Show (disabled) (like default)
3. Press delete row (for say the first row)
Actual Results:
Nothing happens
Expected Results:
The row with 'A' in cell A1 disappears
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
