This example has Title type placeholders with "Shrink text on overflow" set.
This makes the "Main title" text in PP resize from 31 pt to 28, or 10%. Impress
on the other hand reduces font size as much as needed, including the several
empty paragraphs.
I think this is the same core issue as in bug 122023.
