How to reproduce:
* Open Writer
* File > Save as template...
* My templates
* Save
* name: test
* close dialog
Do it all over again:
* File > Save as template
* Save (in My templates, but because it's the last used folder it opens by
default)
* name: test
* Overwrite -> YES
Behavior: duplicate template in list.
Workaround: refresh the dialog by clicking on the wheel -> update
