In order to reproduce:
[1] Start LibreOffice.
[2] Click „Templates...“ → Template Manager window is opened
[3] Click „Templates...“ again → another Template Manager window is opened !!!
Expected: Like in Version 3.6.6: No new window and warning noise.
It is also possible to open several Template Managers with the menu: File → New
→ Templates.
