Description:
libreoffice calc does not open either by double-clicking on it or by
right-clicking and selecting new spreadsheet.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open activities window
2.select libreoffice calc
3.right-click on it and select new spreadsheet.
Actual Results:
the circle appears indicating the program is opening, then the circle goes away
but the application does not open.
Expected Results:
the application should have opened for use.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
