Description:
Formatting cells is an overcomplicated process that without google I would have
probably never figured this out. You have to create a profile for the font
colour, then go into a completely different settings menu and then set it so it
changes the cell profile depending on value. Could this be refined so instead
of it requiring a different profile for a colour there is an option to change
the colour on its own?
I also could not figure out or if it was possible to highlight a cell depending
on value. So if a number is greater then X it would change the cell colour to
green. I couldn't see an option in the profile to highlight a specific cell,
only the font or the complete background. I would love to see an option for
individual cells if this possible. You can highlight cells manually but not
automatically.
And also for some reason the highlighter (Bucket) overlaps the outside of the
cell instead of staying in the lines 😥 When there is 2 cells next to each other
both highlighted it looks messy.
1 last thing which isn't really as big of a deal but if the functions could be
refined. So if you type in (5+5) or (A1+A2) it would know that your trying to
add the 2 together instead of =SUM(A1:A2). Or for multiplication its
=PRODUCT(A1:A2). Its more just a quality of life improvement that would overall
increase working speed.

such a great office suite for those who do not want to or don't have the money
to purchase MS Office. Its nice to have a viable option outside of multi
trillion dollar corp.

So overall the main improvements I think would be great for the software is the
ability to change colours based on cell value more easily. Maybe have an option
in the format menu to change colour if it applies to the selected rule (Greater
then, less then, equal to...).
The ability to automatically highlight cells based on select rule (Greater
then, less then...).
To fix highlighting so it stays within the lines of the cell in order to keep
spreadsheet looking clean.
Make functions slightly easier to type out. This is mainly so if your someone
like me who relies on the use of lots of functions it would just make
productivity allot easier. This isn't really that important and I am not sure
how hard it would be to implement. If it is more difficult then I thought then
I can understand why this would be put to 1 side for now.
