Problem description:
Selecting a non installed language for spell check does not report anything
about not installed. It seems to work but it doesn't do anything.
It is impossible to find where to obtain and how to install additional
languages for spellcheck.
Steps to reproduce:
1. tools>language>more dictonaries on line....
2. ....Searching on the internet shows this problem exist as long as Open
Office / libreoffice and some "solutions" don't work either.
3. ....
Current behavior:
1 http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center?getCategories=Dictionary
Where no languages are found and search for dutch or anything don't come up
with anything.
Expected behavior:
1 Find a list with all available languages!
And a simple instruction how to install it.
