The example file in current bibisect-242 master
When opening attachment 166243 from bug 137357 there are no tracked changes
displayed in the Manage Changes dialog, but a lot should be.
1. Open attachment 166243
2. Edit - Track Changes - Manage
-> No tracked changes. There should be a lot of them displayed (bug 137357 is
about that) or at least 14 (just like in Word).
