Tables in Writer don't keep columns width as per manually input, especially if
the table whole width exceeds the given page margins
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice Writer
2.Create a table with 5 or more columns, which full width exceeds page margins
3.Change the columns' width individually
Actual Results:
Columns' width will vary up to the whole table's width, even without checking
the option of proportional setting
Expected Results:
Table columns should keep the width as input by the user
Reproducible: Always
