I have 2 keyboard layouts, English and Hebrew. Keyboard shortcut not working
when I on Hebrew layout.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch to Hebrew layout
2. try to paste with Ctrl+V
Actual Results:
The text not pasted
Expected Results:
The text is pasted
