Steps to reproduce:
Problem description: when printing a text document, it would print the pages
with the same page format until it changes. For example, I have a document with
112 pages, default page format until page 39 then there's a page break and the
format is changed to landscape, it would print until page 39 only.
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a text document with a few pages
2. change the page format to landscape at page 3 for example
3. print the entire document
Current behavior: it would print only the pages that come before the page
format change
Expected behavior: it should print all the pages of the document
