a.odt and b.dodt

Let's suppose we have a file (a.odt) and we want to add file a.odt as an
attachment to file b.odt. That is, no matter what is in file b.odt, file a.odt
would be added as a snapshot (that could be updated whenever we update it).

Today, we can add file a.odt as a section in file b.odt. However, when added,
file a.odt updates the structures of file b.odt. For example, the indexes and
numbered titles are updated. That is a feature that I particularly use a lot
and like. But, I would like to request a feature that we could check a box and
say we do not want to update the numbered titles of file a.odt when it is added
to file b.odt and that the structures of the numbered titles would be kept the
same no matter what is in file a.odt.

For example, if we have title 2. in file b.odt, when we add section a.odt it
will have title 3.

An example is giving attached.
