Trying to make a passcode list and your system wont allow as txt, even when I
format as text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.format column as test
2.paste data from notepad
3.=(^.^)=PUGOVKA=(^.^)=
Actual Results:
It allows the data but only shows Err:510
Expected Results:
=(^.^)=PUGOVKA=(^.^)=
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No

pretty clear bug
excel does not have this problem
