Sometimes the text fits in the cell, and sometimes don't. It's an already known bug (bug 108638). After a bit of research for a workaround, I found somewhere that enabling the metric printer option solves the problem, which now I discover that is removed for some unknown reason. I've installed OO4 in my computer and saw that OO has the same zoom bug, but the metric printer option solved the issue.
