1. Go to Expert config
2. Search for "ooInetProxyType"
3. Edit the config item
Expected: A dropdown appears where you can select the possible values:
* No proxies
* Automatic proxy configuration
* Manual proxy configuration
Actual: An entry appears where only the number value of the enumeration can be
entered.
