Description:
After opening LibreOffice, then clicking everywhere while show "not responding"
above the menu bar.
I tried to find the cause by changing the "options" in this application, but
resulting nothing. Then I tried to uninstall the Windows Update:
Windows Update (KB5029921)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Uninstall the specific windows update.

Actual Results:
Manually, I find the Windows Update where previously I could start LibreOffice
normally working. Uninstalling the update and restart it. Usually LibreOffice
can start normally.
Expected Results:
Normal performance.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
Please check what is inside the windows update that causes LibreOffice not
responding.
