Bug ID: 157462
Summary: Calc: Copy/paste of entire sheet slightly < 100%
complete (pasted sheet is missing a few rectangle
shapes)
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 7.3.2.2 release
Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
OS: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: LibreOffice
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
I created a CALC sheet to use as an annual calendar, nestled between several
other sheets on one page (my terminology?).
I further create narrow bars (Insert, Shape, Basic Shapes, Rectangles) across
several of my calendar's days to indicate multiday activities. (FWIW, these
bars by no means cover up the majority of each of the cells they are in.)
I now seek to extract this one calendar sheet from the one page containing
several sheets, so I try copying it and then pasting it to a new (empty)
spreadsheet. It mostly works, but then I discover that the pasted sheet is
missing just a very few of the aforementioned bars. (At least some of the few
missing bars start at the very left margin, should that make any difference.)
Note: sometimes I have right-clicked on a bar, then on Arrange, to bring the
bar one or more steps "forward" or "backward," but I don't see how I can
determine the original sheet's bar's position as to forward/backward (such that
I could see if this position corresponds to the copy error - Ideas, anyone?).
Might there be any workarounds that would accurately copy 100% of my calendar?
My calendar's historical accuracy is, for financial reasons, very important to
me!
TIA for any help or suggestions!
Terry
P.S. This is my first ever Bugzilla report, so please tell me if there's a
better way for me to do this :)
