>From point of file format a "Frame" in Writer is the same as a "Textbox". Both
are <draw:frame> elements in ODF. Only LibreOffice makes the artificial
distinction between "Frame" and "Textbox". The distinction is made by "Has a
parent style".

A group is represented by a <draw:g> element in ODF. And that may contain a mix
of of the allowed elements. For allowed elements see
