1. Windows reports driver is current: Nvidia 30.0.14.7444
Nvidia control panel reports Hardware Quadro K600, Driver version 474.44
Nvidia system info report attached.
2. skia.log contents:

3. I don't know what to say! Enabled Force skia and restarted, pasting and
moving images worked properly. Disabled Force skia again and restarted and it
still all worked properly. The only other change was deleting an old crash
report from 2022.
If I can reproduce the crash again I will report back.
