The import sounds straight-forward, but I'm unsure about the export. As I've
said in the duplicate bug 156872:

I think the issue here is that it is not straight-forward to know how the user
has structured the information in their spreadsheet to then export that into an
ICS file...
I assume it would have to be a guided process, asking the user which column
goes where (start date-time, end date-time, description of event...).
