Build ID: f654817fb68d6d4600d7d2f6b647e47729f55f15
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19045; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: sv-SE (en_GB); UI: en-GB
Calc: threaded

Still a bug

Additionally, experimenting with the two flags identifies that;

Autoinput prompts text and tooltips immediately - specifically, the moment the
parenthesis is opened as in =ABS(
BUT
If autoinput is off AND tools>options>general> Extended tips is toggled on,
then the tip does not appear the moment the parenthesis is opened - it waits
for the user to input say a spacebar character before it appears.

The user can then backspace to eliminate the "syntax error" and the tooltip
will remain with the appropriate prompt.
