Description:
Since upgrading to 7.6.2.1, opening many/most files I have in my Dropbox
folder, I get the message: "This file has been locked by another user. You can
open in R/O only....etc". If I then move the files to my C:\ drive, I can open
them without warnings. This is happening to some (not all) Writer and Impress
docs.
Actual Results:
Only allows opening docs in R/O mode
Expected Results:

Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
Opened the documents without warnings, even if launched from Dropbox folder.
