I understand Jean's issue is with the chart object's integrated text box (or
"text attribute"), which is activated and editable with single-clicking the
chart (not entering in Chart edit mode), using Insert > Text Box and clicking
on the chart again. An easier way to start adding text is to select the chart
and start typing.

This kind of text box is easier to access with e.g. a shape object, with a
simple double-click. But it's not (as far as I know) possible to rotate that
text _relative to the rest of the object_. It is still possible to change some
options, like margins and anchor.

I think we should mark this as a duplicate of bug 141841, where a solution is
discussed to make the feature less confusing, including some potential
rewording in bug 141841 comment 10.
