Table with wide horizontal border between rows
Open the attachment, check that the table only has two rows, and save as ->
HTML.
In the generated HTML, there will be an empty "<tr></tr>" between the two
acrual rows.
If the border made narrower than 1.5 pt (say, 0.75 pt), there will be no extra
row in the generated HTML.
