When saving the attached ODT document as .doc or .docx document, the font-sizes
in the table-of-contents are modified.
E.g. point "2.2.2.1" and following appear as 11pt font in the ODT document (and
belongs to style "Contents 3"), while in the doc-format the text is only 9pt
heigh and belongs to style "Contents 4".
