On a two-monitor setup, when one monitor is set at a different scale than the
other (e.g. 100% and 125%), LibreOffice windows (portable version only?) that
appear on the other monitor have blank menus.
I have been struggling with this strange bug for years over many versions, but
found a clue to reproducing this recently in another product help forum.
Moving the LO window to the first monitor allows the menus to reappear.
