ZIP containing ODT/PDF illustrating how foot/end notes can be styled.

The ability to style the anchor (in-text citation superscript identifier) and
character (in-note numeral, alphabetic, or symbolic identifier) already exists.
There are four character styles that can be modified to set these elements, in
italic or a colour for example, if so desired:

- Endnote Anchor
- Endnote Character
- Footnote Anchor
- Footnote Character

Unless further evidence is forthcoming that the original request is for
something in addition to or other than this, I recommend this bug report be
resolved as NOTABUG.
